Due to the nature of this product, heat will cause it to melt. During the summer months, it is extremely hard to prevent any melting from happening. We do not have control over how long a package sits in a warehouse or truck before arriving to your home. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT leave your product sitting in your mailbox or on your porch for any amount of time. If your product does melt, we promise that it is still safe to use! Just let it reharden before using. We cannot be held responsible for melting issues. Please order at your own discretion. Thank you!
To prevent fire and serious injury: Burn candles within sight. Keep away from drafts and vibrations. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
All of our candles are made with 100% Natural Soy Wax. You may notice a “frosting” appearance. Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy and this is how you can tell your candle is 100% Natural Soy Wax! You may also notice that the candle is not adhering to the glass. This is normal and is caused by shrinkage when the wax cools. We promise, this will not effect the quality of your candle!
~Always trim your wick to 1/4" before candle is lit to avoid any soot
~Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the glass each time to prevent tunneling
~Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
